Obamacare Waivers

Also the entire state of Nevada has received a partial waiver. Here is what puzzles me. If Obamacare is so good for the nation, why are Federal employees and the entire Legislature not participating?

Obamacare Waivers

Also the entire state of Nevada has received a partial waiver. Here is what puzzles me. If Obamacare is so good for the nation, why are Federal employees and the entire Legislature not participating?
